At the time of registration (9.8.2025 from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm), all candidates have to produce their original testimonials for verification and submit self-attested photocopies of all the required documents (as per the list below), failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation of admission. Students may come to the institute one day before the registration, i.e, 08.08.2025. The hostel room will be allotted to you as per the availability after completing the registration process.

2. Seat Allotment Letter CCMT?CCMN.
3. Bachelor’s Degree/Provisional Certificate
4. Grade/mark sheet ( B Tech/BE/B Sc) all semesters
5. High School/Secondary School certificate of the Board/University specifying the date of birth
6. Secondary School certificate of the Board
7. Migration Certificate / Transfer Certificate from the college last  attended
8. Character Certificate from the college last  attended
9. Medical Certificate of fitness from the Medical Officer in the prescribed format
10. Category Certificate as per CCMT?CCMN format for OBC, EWS, SC, ST, and PH.
11. Original Category certificate
12. An anti-ragging affidavit in the prescribed format as per   www.antiragging.in
13. Undertaking for non-creamy layer status for OBC candidates. Certificate issued after 01.04.2025
14. Original certificate for Person with Disabilities (PWD), if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
15. Aadhar Card.
16. Details of  Payment of Fees
17. Affidavit for Assistantship on Rs 100 Non-Judicial stamp paper
18. Four copies of a recent passport-size photograph
