Rajesh is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations Management in ABV-IIITM Gwalior. Prior to joining this, he was working as a Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) in Operations Management at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M). He has completed a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST (ISRO)), Trivandrum. He is presently working in the areas of supply chain management, risk management, resilience, sustainability, decision-making, uncertainty modeling, and grey theory. As of now, he has 35 publications in international refereed (SCI/ SSCI/ ABDC listed) journals, of which 26 are first author/sole author type articles, an h-index of 20 (Google Scholar), h-index of 18 (Scopus), h-index of 18 (Web of Science), and over 1900 citations (Google Scholar).
