Biography

Short Biography:

Dr. Rakesh Chowdhury is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior (ABV-IIITM), India. He did his M.Tech. and PhD from IIT Dhanbad in 2015 and 2021 respectively. He has researched in developing mostly dielectric resonator antennas. Development of the circularly polarized compact antenna is one of his major areas of contribution. He has published over 60+ papers in the leading international journals and conferences along with a reference book on Circularly Polarized DRA published by Artech House, London, United Kingdom. He was awarded Certificate of honor, Research Publication Awards etc. for his research contributions. Dr. Chowdhury is also an editorial board member of international journal of antennas and propagation, Wiley, Scientific reports, springers etc. He is a Senior Member of URSI, Belgium, Member of IEEE, and potential reviewer of many international journals such as the IEEE TAP, IEEE Access, IEEE AWPL, AEU etc.,
