Biography


I have been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology & Management (ABV-IIITM) Gwalior since December 2022. I earned my Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee in 2020, specializing in algorithmic game theory and resource allocation. Prior to joining ABV-IIITM, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala.

My research is centered on algorithmic game theory, where I develop solutions for resource scheduling and management in distributed environments. My work lies at the intersection of economics and computer science, utilizing game-theoretic models to analyze competition among agents in distributed systems. Additionally, I explore multi-objective optimization, with a particular focus on evolutionary techniques for solving complex decision-making problems. Recently, I have expanded my research to include game-theoretic and optimization-based solutions for social networks, addressing challenges such as influence maximization and link prediction. Furthermore, I am actively engaged in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure management, aiming to enhance scheduling, routing, and energy distribution efficiency. My broader research interests also include theoretical computer science, particularly in algorithm design.
