Dr. Rashmi Ranjan Behera is a faculty member at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior. Prior to his current position, he held teaching roles at MPC Autonomous College Baripada, College for Teacher Education Balasore, KIIT University Bhubaneswar, and NIT Calicut. Dr. Behera is an alumnus of Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, where he obtained both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in English Literature and English Language Teaching. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master of Science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. His academic journey also includes earning a doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, focusing on culture, communication, social relationships, and wellbeing. Dr. Behera's research interests encompass communication, media, culture, social relationships, happiness, and wellbeing. Dr. Behera has actively contributed to the academic discourse by presenting numerous papers at both national and international conferences and seminars. His research findings have been disseminated through publications in academic journals and chapters in edited volumes.
