Dr. V. Siva Rama Krishnaiah obtained Ph.D in Systems Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and worked as Scientist- G (Deputy Director General) at the National Informatics Centre, before his superannuation from the Government Service on 30^th June, 2018. He has been working as an Adjunct Faculty at ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (IIITM), Gwalior since January, 2016. Earlier he worked as Professor of E-Governance at the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA).

Dr.Krishnaiah has 36 years of experience in IT and Management of R&D specializing in the areas of E-Governance, Strategic Management of IT, Software Project Management, and Knowledge Management. He has authored 32 papers, published in national and international journals in the above mentioned research areas.

As the Head of the Training and Head of e-Governance Standards in NIC, Dr.Krishnaiah designed and conducted various Management Development Programmes such as Managing IT Consultancy Services, IT Project Management, Human factors in Software Development, Soft Skills for Software Professionals, and Principles and Practices of Management. He has delivered various talks on Innovation Management,and e-Governance implementation in the training programs organized by IIPA, LBSNAA, iCISA, NIFM and NIC. Dr.Krishnaiah is a Member of IEEE, Life Member of Computer Society of India and Life Member of Global Institute of Flexible Systems Management.
