Dr. Jatoth Deepak Naik is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Analog and RFIC Chip Design from Inje University, Gimhae, South Korea, supported by the prestigious Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) and BK21+ Fellowship. His doctoral research focused on the design and analysis of sub-nano-scale wideband front-end amplifier chips for next-generation wireless and biomedical applications.
Dr. Deepak received his M.Tech degree in VLSI Design from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal, and his B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad. Before joining ABV-IIITM Gwalior, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Inje University, South Korea, and he worked with a startup incubated at Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India, where he was actively involved in analog/RF chip design, tape-out, and measurement of CMOS integrated circuits.
His research interests include Analog and RFIC Chip Design, Low-Noise Amplifiers, Power Amplifiers, Wideband Front-End Amplifiers, Biomedical and Neural Interface Circuits, Neuromorphic Computing, and Semiconductor Technologies. Dr. Deepak has published more than 20 research papers in reputed SCI/SCIE journals, international conferences, and edited volumes, and is an inventor on multiple patents related to RFIC and biomedical chip architectures.
Dr. Deepak has received several national and international recognitions, including Best Paper and Outstanding Presentation Awards at reputed international conferences. He has extensive hands-on experience with advanced CMOS technology nodes, industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and Keysight ADS, and RF/microwave measurement and chip characterization. He continues to actively contribute to teaching, research, and innovation in analog/RF chip design and next-generation wireless communication systems.
