Objectives and Activities

Effective communication forms the basis of interaction between two individuals. Developing listening and responding skills, improving body language, and gaining in confidence form the basic dynamics of communication skills. Skills are taught in resolving conflicts and studying of behavioural patterns and habits.

Students of IPG first semester, M. Tech and MBA are required to attend this laboratory.

Infrastructure

Server, desktops and LCD projector are the hardware installed in this laboratory. Software tools include TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), Speak English Easy and Rosetta Stone.

Laboratory is located in room no. C-009.
