Short Biography: Mr. Sanjay Bhatnagar holds a post graduate degree in science (M.Sc.) and management (M.B.A.). He has studied at University of Udaipur (presently known as MLS University, Udaipur), University of Rajasthan, Association of Professional Engineers Scientists and Managers (APESMA) – Australia, Deakin University, Australia and La Trobe University, Australia.
Since 1984, he has had progressively responsible experience of serving the Intelligence Bureau, Physical Research Lab, Ahmedabad; Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur; Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and new state university projects in Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan, New Delhi and Gujarat. He has served as Chief Administrative Officer – Executive Education, Registrar, Controller of Examination, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Administrative Officer and Assistant in the said organizations.
